The best gift we can give ourselves, is nourishment. Self care shows the world that we value, appreciate and nourish our body, soul and mind. It is important to start with ourselves, because it shows others that they need to value themselves. If we don’t take the time to nourish ourselves, then others will lead by our example.

This section of the website will outline how I nourish my mind, body and soul through the use of essential oils, tapping, mindfulness, and laughter yoga.
Nourish your Mind:

The first step in creating a nourishing life is to start with your beliefs and your thoughts. Your beliefs create your thoughts so it is important to examine your beliefs about yourself with compassion and learn to monitor your thoughts. You are not your thoughts. You are also not your emotions. That which is your higher self, is not constrained or contained only within the shell of your head.
