Loving-Kindness Meditation

The following meditation Katische learnt whilst studying at Chenrezig Budcdhist Institute.  This meditation was recorded live with a sound healing group, and uses vibrational aromatherapy, the Koshi Chimes and the Crystal Singing Bowls.
