Phobia: An irrational fear of something perceived to cause harm.

Are you afraid of something without a cause or reason? It's like you were born being afraid of:

How we use the different types of Regression:

  • Age Regression: taking you back in your subconscious mind to the causative event or situation in your current life- ie could there be a reason for this fear that no one else is aware of, but is valid because an event happened whilst I was alone.

Past Life Potential Cause 

Here are a few examples. Please note you are unique and there are countless ways your soul could have experienced situations that could cause relationships phobias in this lifetime.

  • Drowned in Atlantis or some other earlier civilisation.  (Katische personally has past life memories of drowning in Atlantis).
  • Car was forced off a bridge and you drowned in an accident (think the movie Cloud Atlas).
Case Study:
