This week we meet Ashley and connected her to her spirit guide Archangel Azrael.
We firstly identified her spiritual strength which was knowing. It is represented to Ashley by the colour purple and two interlocked C's.
We released unhelpful emotions of:
- fear (stuck in her hips)
- overwhelm and doubt (stuck in her shoulder and represented by the colour yellow)
The following child ghosts were returned to the light with the Archangels:
- Betty (aged 12)- stuck in Ashley's hand. Betty was hospitalised for an illness and came across Ashley at the hospital. She was afraid to go to the light.
- Sam (aged 7)- stuck in Ashley's foot - he died in a car accident, and doesn't remember how he came across Ashley.
There are important messages for empaths and creating boundaries for everyone in this session, particularly if you are an empath. In order not to take on the emotions of the people you are assisting, you need to visualise a barrier around you.
