Reason for Session:

Jennifer applied to come on "The Healer's Path" series of 3 subsidized sessions which were recorded with both video and audio and distributed on YouTube and all podcast players. She signed a legal disclaimer and was aware that she was being filmed.

The premise for the three sessions was to understand Jennifer's present life, through the context of her healer's path. That is, to understand how her past lives were either helping or hindering her journey in this lifetime, to bring forth resources and advice from her spirit guides, ancestors and the Angels and to identify and remove any blocks and set her up for future lives with less blocks, more abilities and soulmate connections.

What we discovered in this second session:

Jenifer identified the energy of Archangel Zadkiel, and Saint Germain ready to assist her.

• She was taken to see the Soul Council, who were identified as 9 beings in a circular room. The room was light, three stories high and had arched windows. There were another 9 beings standing behind Jennifer.
  • Jennifer noted that their energy forms a pyramid but they appeared to her like Hugh from Star Trek Next Generation, and that their energy was like a vortex, a cone of energy, so that they can assume a human form but they are pure. They are more energy. And there's a lot of pale, like very bright electric blue and white light swirling around them.
  • The closest human word to what they liked to be referred to is "Sienna".

Life and Body Selection Options:

Before we incarnate we have a choice of lifetimes and bodies and parents. Understanding our options can help us understand our journey.

Jennifer was shown her choice of available life and body selections that she had for this present lifetime.

• Option 1:  A young man in Japan probably with a  Shinto practice.
  • "I would have ended up just being, going into engineering and my life. I also would have been an alcoholic and I would not have been able to I would have enjoyed, I would have enjoyed creativity. I would have enjoyed expression, but in some ways, like I would have had a spiritual practice embedded, but it wouldn't have been something I would fight for because it was not. It was never, I was never deprived of it. So it was a implicit rather than explicit."
• Option 2: A little boy in the UK in the English countryside in  Surrey.  And I would have been like the second, the middle child.
  • "And I would have been the apple of my mother's eye. However, I also would have gotten sick and died fairly young by the time I was seven. And so it was a life where I just would not have, I, while I would have gotten a great deal of love and delight, I would not have, I would not have, it would not have been a life that would have come to fruition. Like it would not have born borne much fruit for my soul's purpose."
• Option 3: Female in Texas
  • "I would've been born into a conservative family in Texas. I would have been a cheerleader. I would have followed all of the rules. And again, I would have, my faith would have been implicit. It would have been just part of it. I would have been an evangelical and I would have married my high school sweetheart, like the captain of the football team. We would have been very prosperous. It would have been a wholly adequate life, but again, I would not have had an opportunity to be creative. I would never have had an opportunity to express myself. I would never, I just, I would not have been able to do so many of the things that I've been allowed to do in this lifetime."
• Option 4: Jennifer's lifetime

Why did she choose option 4?

•  "None of the other lives made my spirituality a priority because it was just like the oxygen that I was breathing".
• " The English life, (option 2) I was too young. I didn't really have any spiritual practice. Like I was just like, I was raised Episcopalian, but it wasn't in that life, but it wasn't a big deal. Like it was just, it was what it was. But in, in a weird way, this life because of the lack of the spiritual connection in, externally, I had to claim it at a whole other level internally."
•  With my mother, we have a past life karma, past life connections to the convents of Europe and just the sweetness of that.
• With my father, he had he, he had a lot of learning to do about the nature beyond the physical. And I was to be a teacher for him.
• Also, my parents provided resources and they were both they were both committed to showing up and being rule break, like breaking pattern breakers. So they allowed me, and they also, there was a deep willingness on their part to give me love, physical care to get me to where I am.
• And, but also there was very little restriction to my creativity. They allowed me from the time I was an infant to be the creative soul that I am. They were a good choice.

Agreements with other souls to meet in Jennifer's lifetime.

Jennifer agreed to meet soul family members and began doing so at the age of 16.

• Friend "R" met aged 16. 
• Friend "M" agreed to meet when M was in her 30s and Jennifer 
• Jennifer's husband
• Dog
• Someone she will meet when 75 years old

Key Exit Points Pre-determined

These are potential points that she could have died in this lifetime, that were pre-determined by the soul.

• Holy Thursday Car Accident
• Lung Disease/Lime Disease/Pneumonia 

Potential outcomes for current lifetime:

1. "Easy" life- not a lot of strain- not a whole lot more impact than at the time of the session.  Residue of "guilt" is identified- squandering her resources and not helping with the ascension of the planet. Residue of lives in the Clergy, Catholic Church, and in the organisation of the church. Residue to a cognitively disabled lifetime. False perception that a life of rest is a life of diminishment.
2. Duality Doubt gets lifted off and the work goes from strain to effortless and does reach- she has a library of books and years of podcasts, thousands of students, living beyond the age of 93.
3. Jennifer's body succumbs to the fear and the dread and the terror and she exists earlier than age 93 (a lot sooner).
4. Option: Return to the visual art and the spiritual information disseminates through the art in the form of painting and glass blowing.

Jennifer indicated she wants a fusion of options 1, 2 and 4. However, she feels like energetically there is a residue that is holding her back from ease and flow. And that she would get brain tumours from option 2 with the current residue.

Energetic Residue Discovery

• Waist to hips- swirling murky stagnant swampy algae black 83%-87% transparency
• Feet- bright black with pockets of black with white light right around 95% opacity/transparency
  • "Stop taking me for granted and be grateful for the ways that I carry you".
  • The energy does not fully switch off to rest in the feet.
  • Need more "pure rest" not half rest.
  • The feet requested for Jennifer to be barefoot more frequently or in socks more than she is in shoes - but as she lives in a cold climate Jennifer felt some resistance but she agreed to wear socks more often and to mindfully discharge the energy in her feet.
  • She identified tension in her feet store from her and her mother's shopping experiences- her mother had very narrow feet and Jennifer had very wide feet. When she released that energy she noticed a slippery amorphous energy which was tied to the feet saying  "Stop taking me for granted and be grateful for the ways that I carry you".
  • Jennifer identified a DNA linked emotion and energetic residue from her Great Grandmother Elizabeth which was tied to the notion that "not wearing shoes is being deprived of the prosperity of shoes, as shoes are resources".
  • As we continued to discuss with the ancestral energy, we identified that Elizabeth had not crossed over and that her presence was acting "almost like a rubber soul between Jennifer and the Earth- in the form of an insulation between the earth and the conduit that supports Jennifer. 
  • Elizabeth had not completed her moving to the afterlife post death because her daughter Shirley started to hemorrhage out during the birth of Jennifer, and so Elizabeth stayed around to protect and keep an eye on both Shirley and Jennifer. 

Ghosts 

We then discovered the following human beings had not crossed to the light (ghosts)

• Teresa who was a previous incarnation of Jennifer (alive 1850's to mid 1880s) and lived in France 
  • Teresa's brother Jean Pierre died of Tuberculosis when she was 9 and he was 18-20 years old. He was her favourite sibling (she came from a very large family).
  • Teresa was bereft when her brother died and she prayed hard to save him, but he still died, she went without meals and she sacrificed as much as she could but he still died. So she reasoned that if she did penance by punishing herself and not getting married she would live in a convent to atone for what happened to her brother. So she entered the convent aged 14.5 years old.
  • Teresa and Jennifer's higher self gave us the following insights:
    •  Jean's death was not her fault and there was nothing that could have been done to change the circumstances of Jean's death. No amount of prayer or sacrifice would have changed the outcome.
    • Jean wanted Teresa to be happy.
    • Jean would have been able to reincarnate as one of Teresa's children as a son of hers if she had married.
  • We then identified that Jean had not crossed to the light because of Teresa's sadness and crossed him to the light.
  • Teresa also had some strong emotions that were holding her back including:
    • A knowledge of corruption within her diocese and the diversion and misappropriation of funds.
    • Feelings of unfairness as the mother superior and her posse had all the choice cuts of meat whilst the rest of the nuns were subsisting on porridge.
  • Teresa acknowledged however that walking barefoot in the gardens without her sandals was the best part of living in the convert.
  • She also acknowledged  a romantic attraction which was not realised with another woman in the convent who stayed for a short while and then left, leaving Teresa feel heartbroken.
    • Limiting beliefs: "Love never lasts". "If you love something it will leave and you will be left, you will be bereft".
  • Before crossing to the light Teresa imparted the following gifts to Jennifer
    • "The delight in the garden"
    • "The wonder of the angels in the sky"
    • "The ability to sleep anywhere"

Crossing over thousands of previous incarnations:

Jennifer realised after Teresa had crossed over that her ability to remember all of her past lives was a result of the fact that she had their awareness because none of them had crossed over.  She saw her countless past lives as "a dandelion seed pod and the seeds are made of pure light, and she had a bouquet of dandelions. 

She identified that her soul's avatars had not crossed over because "of a fear that there would be nothing but annihilation".  Each were understood by Jennifer to not have crossed over because they were wanting to act as the "antidote" to what happened to them.

She listed a couple of the additional reasons her past lives had not crossed over including:

• The fear of being forgotten
• The fear of forgetting and not remembering

Jennifer identified that she had been functioning "as a mosaic". 

She noted that there were some sticky ones and I noted that these were fragmented personalities. One such incarnation wished to speak in order to be able to cross over.

Poppy

• Was a prostitute in a Dickensian English Lifetime 
• Victim of someone like Jack the Ripper
• "Nobody cared". "It (my murder) sold papers, but they didn't do anything about it, and they knew who he was".
• "I think he was royalty".
• It was explained to her by an unnamed being that "The indignation and rage does not protect Jennifer it depletes her". 
• "The whole reason for holding onto this was to invoke divine retribution and justice, and instead it has simply acted as a weight, as a burden". 
• Poppy  had a sister, a younger sister Maisie who was worked in the mills and got disabled, was lame, and dying was, she couldn't die. Poppy couldn't leave because she was worried about her sister.
• The Angels and Ancestors came for Poppy and she refused to go.  Jennifer sensed that Poppy needed someone to validate that she did not deserve to die the way she was murdered as it was wrong.
  •  "Staying alive is not punishing the murderer. Staying alive or staying in. It's funny. She is the word is alive. Staying earth bound only punishes her, not the murderer."
  • Advice from the Higher Self" :  That the paradox is that the murderer feeds on the misery of souls, a soul like hers trapped and stuck, or of an incarnation like hers trapped and stuck. And the irony is by sticking around for vengeance purposes, it does exactly what the murderer it's just too ironic. And the best thing, that the old saying, the best revenge is living well, perhaps another way of saying it is the best revenge is dying well.."
• The higher self had the understanding that forgiveness for the murder was what is needed and the high self had already realised this,  however, this needed to be imparted to Poppy and achieved after she crossed over for the benefit of the soul.
• Katische then identified a ghost who was vomiting -"I  can see someone in a bed vomiting up like phlegm and blood and like bile"- then were wearing a Top Hat and Suit when Poppy was found, or in a similar circumstance (not the same stack of time).
• This was complicated but  in order to understand this we found a stack of past lives in multiple layers of experiences being a body retriever
  • including a lifetime in a temple cave where the vestel virgins were crushed
  • and Indian life as a devotee of Kali- the devotion to death
  • Egyptian life in the funerary arts
  • " And there's a really interesting intersection between being able to process a body dig up a body deal with the mass graves and the bodies in that way, processing an individual body, but also to be able to murder. There's a deep interconnection between all of these
    because they all require the dismissal of revulsion in order to be able to do it effectively."
  • Jennifer stated: " I also am hearing or being told that every time this murderer, like Poppy absorbed a piece of the murderer's soul, like a piece of him fragmented. It's like a horcrux." This meant that we were able to see through the mind of the murderer to see his revulsion when he first murdered prostitutes which led to him throwing up, but also that by the time he murdered Poppy he was acclimatized to it.
  • Katische asked the Angels and Archangel Raphael to release the fragments/horcrux of the murderer to be reintegrated into his soul.
  • "All are redeemed". Meaning all sins were forgiven from the souls of those who had murdered the soul of Poppy/Jennifer and the same absolution was given for any incarnations that Jennifer's Soul was involved in where her soul was involved in murder.

Jessica Anne

 "Most of us did not incarnate and has dwelled, has had access to the light, but there were genetic cellular signatures that showed up anyway that allowed us to engage with it. Jennifer on the physical plane. We  were mistaken or misinformed. That's the better way to describe it. We were misinformed. And so it is not being crossed over as much as it is. It's removing the threads or the got the tendrils, the piece our connection to the cell to this cellular expression.

Commentary from Jennifer:

"She never incarnated, like it's but the cellular expression has allowed her to engage with me in a way that feels like she is here. And so she is I can feel her pulling up and pulling, like pulling all of the cords that connected through the cells, just going back up.

It feels it's not an angel on this side as much as it's an angel on that side.  Behind her, allowing her to retrieve all of her, all of the, the debris that the residue that existed in the cellular expression."

Binding Contract with friend

• Friend's name starts with K and died in 2013 (not revealed for privacy reasons)
• " So they may have left a fragment, and that's what's pulling them back. So again, that horcrux idea.  Because they were capable of doing things that are just absolutely remarkable. They could set off, they could turn lights on and off. They could set off alarms, they could move objects. I've seen manifestations of them. And I think their spouse's grief is the root is what has
  held them back."
• " I made an agreement with his soul when he crossed that I would do what I could to be available for his spouse and to be of comfort. But the problem was that nothing was of comfort.  I was given a task that was impossible. I agreed to a task that was impossible.  I need to release any responsibility for this because that's what bound him, he and I my, my promise to him.  It's an impossible promise."
• " I can really feel how my sense of responsibility and codependency around his spouse's grief has been was the anchor or the hook for both of us for he and I I cannot, I am not responsible for whether he chooses to cross over or not fully with it as a result of his spouse's grief. But what I can do is I can relinquish.  All of my sense of responsibility, all of my codependency and all of the part of me that felt like I needed to rescue.  It was a situation that just sucked. It's just true. I'm hearing it is released."

Jennifer then received healing and her body was filled with white light to fill the spaces where the ghosts and previous incarnations had occupied.
