As we shared our stories, another theme kept appearing. Many spiritual awakenings don't begin with peace. They begin with disruption. 💔 Loss. 💔 Trauma. 💔 Illness. 💔 Life falling apart.

Moments that force us to stop living on autopilot and begin asking deeper questions about who we are and why we're here.

We also talked openly about something many people experience but rarely speak about: Judgment. How do you continue following your own path when others don't understand it? The answer from all three guests was remarkably similar. Don't defend. Don't convince. Simply continue leading with love. 💛

Whether spirituality is part of your life or not, this conversation wasn't about having the "right" answers. It was about creating space for curiosity, respect, and understanding. Because perhaps spirituality isn't about having all the answers. Perhaps it's about being willing to keep asking the deeper questions. 🌿
