One of my favourite things to do is to bust my own stereotypes and assumptions. So recently I decided to debunk my own myth, that I am not musical.
Meaning, that I don't really listen to a lot of music, don't keep up with the trends, that sort of self-imposed limiting belief.
You see, when I uncovered a past life last year, one of the interesting things I discovered is that this other version of myself, apart from going down in history as a rather interesting character, well, he was a musical composer- of the religious kind.
Not a Mozart by any stretch of the imagination, but there are copies that still exist from 1500s.
So, if it is in my soul, then why not tap back into it, just for fun?
So, when I watched an episode of Music Junkies with Annette Smith, I thought, wow this could be fun and an interesting experience.
And it was. It was hard to create a playlist of 10 songs that have emotionally impacted me. I mean, 10? Which ones to pick?
I've been sharing some of the shorts this week on my social media accounts and the full episode on YouTube is above.

I hope you have a laugh- it's not just about music, it's about memories, and parts of my life- so you'll gain a fun insight into who I am.
I'd love it if you wrote back, pen-pal style and told me what you thought- and what songs would be on your list.
Oh and for those who just want to cheat, here is the Spotify playlist.
