Sleep. Most of us have a tricky relationship with it. We wish we could get more, but we don’t have enough time to sleep. Or we have plenty of time to sleep but just can’t fall asleep or stay asleep.

Are you looking for natural remedies for insomnia and sleep deprivation? Having trouble sleeping at night?

Is it taking you a long time to fall asleep? or are you in Perimenopause or Menopause and having trouble waking in the middle of the night?

If you are sick and tired of taking herbal supplements that don’t cut the mustard and don’t like taking pharmaceuticals which leave you feeling tired and groggy the next morning, then you’ve come to the right place.

Sometimes it feels like a real challenge just to fall asleep. Other times it’s hard to stay asleep. Our lives are so busy and filled with things that we just have to get done each day, with kids, and work and after school activities, that often there is no time to properly relax before bed. We often fall into bed exhausted and then chide ourselves when we can’t actually get to sleep. Waking up in the morning after an evening of sleep deprivation feels like torture.

The good news is that there is something that you can do about this, and I would love to help you. Sleep deprivation has far-ranging effects on your body other than irritability and the dire need for coffee in the morning. It affects your cognitive ability, can create memory lapses or loss, impaired judgement when driving and making decisions, suppress growth and repair of your body and accelerate the ageing process.

Thanks for a most informative and enjoyable evening, Katische. I learned things I didn't know, or had forgotten, about enhancing my ability to ensure a better sleep. Your take-home booklet is a very helpful reference.

I attended Katische’s sleep seminar a few weeks ago, as I was interested in finding new ways to improve my child’s restless sleep patterns.

I found the session incredibly interesting and informative and would highly recommend it to anyone who is experiencing similar issues.

I’ve put a few of Katische’s recommendations into practice and found these tips highly effective.

I recently attended a sleep workshop with Katische and found it very informative and certainly very interesting.

I have taken on board what we learnt/heard at the workshop and am finding my sleep pattern is changing for the better.

I would recommend this workshop to anyone with sleep problems.

Thank you again Katische.
