The perfect storm for me was a combination of single parenthood, hormonal changes and spiritual awakening that kept me pacing the house, seeking different remedies, doing star jumps, keeping the light on and I embarked upon a quest for rest.


I found that each person is different, but the best thing is to get started and try what works for you.


For me, the answer was a combination of essential oils, supplements and staring the truth of my reality in the face.
