I am super excited to be reconnecting with Lalitha today to interview her for my podcast The Infinite Life with Katische Haberfield. I purchased this book as an ebook during her book launch, so this is not a sponsored review.
What I appreciate most about Lalitha is that she is a super-intelligent woman who comes from an Italian family (born in Italy) but yet lives in New York, and has followed her intuition her whole life to study with the masters to understand the various topics that her soul craves to explore, understand and share with the world.
Having grown up in Australia, and been brought up in a non-practising Christian family, I had believed that the Gods and Goddesses of India were only relevant for those who were Indian, or of a religion of origin such as Hinduism.
What surprises me each time I read a book of Lalitha's is that the information can indeed be applied by devotees of Yoga or Hinduism, but the books are actually showing us how we can indeed apply small moments of wisdom from any religion to our life.
Even more fascinating has been the intersection between my work in understanding the infinite nature of human life and our cosmic origins. You can gloss over these connections if it does not resonate for you, however, I love learning how these Gods and Goddesses are actually beings that did not originate on Earth and are timeless formless beings of service.
Thanks Lalitha!
