Welcome to a visualisation where you are introduced to the sentience or consciousness that is the physical body, you chose before birth. Your body houses both your eternal spirit and the consciousness it has of itself, and it is wise and harmonious to be aware of both. In this visualisation we meet and make peace with our body, before introducing it to a special vest which will help the body recycle unwanted energy and objects.
