Katische helped me cross over my first spirit. I have been in touch with spirits all my life but never knew how to cross them over if they needed.
Katische calmly walked me through the crossing over of a little boy and his mother, giving me real time experience I could use in the future. She also gave me techniques in how to cross over when many come to me at once (which really helped me when I may become overwhelmed).
I was in a period of my life when I was experiencing sensitivity and my psychic abilities like I never had before, which could be scary and overwhelming at times.

Soul Obstructions can come in many forms. They can be located in the meridians and nadis and chakras of the physical body, in the muscle tissue and in the organs and even the bones.
